	A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
	AN ACT
	relating to the display of a license plate in the front windshield
	of a motor vehicle.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1.  Section 504.010, Transportation Code, is amended
	by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  Rules adopted under Subsection (c) must authorize a
	motor vehicle to display a front license plate in the interior of
	the vehicle's front windshield.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2019.
