The Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Economic Development will adopt committee rules and hear invited testimony from the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the Texas Workforce Commission.

The Committee will also consider the following:

Relating to the Texas emissions reduction plan and other related programs and measures to reduce emissions.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies to the committee clerk with your name on each.
