Relating to a property owner's right to remove a tree or vegetation.

HB 77         Darby                  
Relating to an optional fee in lieu of the dedication of parkland as a condition of approval by a municipality of land development or use.

In addition, the Committee will hear invited testimony only regarding:

·                the respective roles and responsibilities of state and municipal governments in Texas,

·                home rule and general law cities,

·                municipal revenue sources and expenditures, and

·                state preemption.
