The Committee will meet to hear invited and public testimony on the following charge:

Study the benefits and needs of Texas' Inland/Dry Ports. Examine if infrastructure projects which are used to improve intermodal connectivity at inland ports should be included for eligibility in the Texas Mobility Fund or if a new program should be created for that purpose. Determine if dry ports should receive the same benefits as the inland ports. Evaluate if such facilities should have a Foreign Trade Zone designation.
