Relating to a study on the assessments used by the Board of Pardons and Paroles to make parole decisions.

     Witnesses providing testimony should limit their remarks to three (3) minutes.  Witnesses providing testimony may provide written materials for use by the Committee in accordance with the Texas House Rules.  Witnesses are strongly encouraged to provide ten (10) copies of their printed  materials to the Clerk in advance of the hearing if at all possible.
