     PLEASE NOTE: Bills may be heard in a different sequence than the order listed on the original schedule.

 

     Witnesses providing testimony should limit their remarks to three (3) minutes.

 

     Witnesses may provide written materials for use by the Committee in accordance with the Texas House Rules, in which case the witness should provide ten (10) copies of the materials prior to the hearing if at all possible. Each copy should be marked with the Bill number to which it relates, to avoid confusion.

 

     House Video / Audio Services will provide audio and video coverage of the hearing in accord with customary House of Representatives practice and procedure.
