     Witnesses providing testimony should limit their remarks to four (4) minutes. Witnesses may provide written materials for use by the Committee in accordance with the Texas House Rules, in which case the witness should provide ten (10) copies of the materials prior to the hearing if at all possible.

 

     House Video / Audio Services will provide audio and video coverage of the hearing in accord with customary House of Representatives practice and procedure.
