Co-Chair Senator Nelson called the meeting to order at 3:33 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
Co-Chair Senator Nelson made opening remarks.
The Committee hearing invited testimony.
Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.
There being no further business, at 5:32 PM Co-Chair Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
