Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Health & Human Services was held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, in the Senate Chamber.

The chair called the meeting to order at 10:03 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The Chair called invited witnesses to testify on Interim Charge 4B. Witnesses testifying and registering on the charge are shown on the attached list.

 

The Chair called invited witnesses to testify on Interim Charge 4A. Witnesses testifying and registering on the charge are shown on the attached list.

 

 

 

At 1:00 PM Senator Kolkhorst assumed the chair.

 

At 1:03 PM Senator Schwertner resumed the chair.

 

The Chair called invited witnesses to testify on Interim Charge 5. Witnesses testifying and registering on the charge are shown on the attached list.

 

Public testimony was taken on all three charges. Witnesses testifying and registering on the charges are shown on the attached list.

 

At 3:38 PM Senator Kolkhorst assumed the chair.

 

At 3:40 PM Senator Schwertner resumed the chair.

 

There being no further business, at 4:40 PM Senator Schwertner moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
