Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water & Rural Affairs was held on Thursday, May 18, 2017, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 10:04 AM. There being a quorum present at 10:46 AM, the following business was transacted:

The chair laid out HB 1920 which was voted favorably out of committee at the May 15th hearing. The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which CSHB 1920 was voted favorably out of committee. With no objection, it was so ordered.   The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the committee substitute for HB 1920 was adopted during the May 15th hearing. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The chair moved to withdraw the committee substitute that was considered during the May 15th hearing. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
