Pursuant to a notice posted on May 11, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 15, 2017, and permission granted on May 16, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Alvarado, at 5:33 p.m.
