Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2017, and permission granted on April 4, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Alvarado, at 12:29 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Bernal; Isaac; and Zedler.
