Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 8, 2017, and permission granted on May 8, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Frullo, at 5:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Frullo; Bonnen, Dennis; Krause; and Martinez, "Mando".

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 4132

 

The chair laid out HB 4132 as pending business.

 

Representative Bonnen, Dennis offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Krause moved that HB 4132, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
