Pursuant to a notice posted on May 11, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 12, 2017 and on May 15, 2017, and permission granted on May 16, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 8:03 a.m.
