Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2017, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Sheffield; Arévalo; Burkett; Coleman; Collier; Cortez; Guerra; Klick; Oliverson; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee met to hold an organizational meeting and have invited testimony on issues related to public health.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 9:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
