Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2017, revised on April 28, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 1, 2017, and permission granted on May 2, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Huberty, at 8:04 a.m.
