Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2017, and permission granted on March 22, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 12:18 p.m.
