Pursuant to a notice posted on February 17, 2017, and permission granted on February 22, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 1:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Dale; Biedermann; Cain; Moody; Schofield; and Thierry.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

Chairman Dutton introduced staff and discussed committee procedures and organizational  information.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:53 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
