Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2017, revised on February 17, 2017, and permission granted on February 20, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 9:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Frank; Keough; Klick; Miller, Rick; Minjarez; and Wu.
