Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 12, 2017 the House Committee on House Administration met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 12:17 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Geren; VanDeaver; Hinojosa, Gina; Howard; Oliverson; Raney; and Schubert.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Howard moved that HB 3647, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
