Pursuant to a notice posted on June 7, 2018, revised on June 20, 2018, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 8:34 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Capriglione; Price; Shine; and Turner.
A quorum was present.
House
Committee on Appropriations Chairman Zerwas and Representative Giddings were
also in attendance.
The House Committee on General Investigating and Ethics met in a joint hearing
with the Appropriations Subcommittee on Article II to consider Interim Charge
10 relating to oversight of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s
management of Medicaid managed care contracts.
