Pursuant to a notice posted on August 9, 2017, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 3:06 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Moody; Price; and Turner.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

HJR 54

 

The chair laid out HJR 54.

 

The chair recognized Representative Moody to explain HJR 54.

The chair recognized Representative Moody to close on HJR 54.

 

HJR 54 was left pending without objection.

 

At 3:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
