Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2017, revised on April 12, 2017, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 18, 2017, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 5:06 p.m.
