Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2017, and permission granted on March 30, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 1:35 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Moody; Capriglione; Price; Shine; and Turner.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

 

 

Representative  Davis, Sarah moved that the March 23, 2017 minutes for the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
