Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2017, and permission granted on April 18, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 8:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Dale; Kacal; Landgraf; and Reynolds.
