Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2017, and permission granted on April 17, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 4:17 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Bonnen, Greg; Canales; Clardy; Guerra; Isaac; King, Phil; Lambert; Landgraf; and Schubert.
