Pursuant to a notice posted on March 8, 2017, revised on March 10, 2017, and permission granted on March 13, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Moody, at 3:25 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Moody; Hunter; Canales; Gervin-Hawkins; Hefner; Lang; and Wilson.
