Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 5, 2017, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 8:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Springer; Biedermann; Neave; Roberts; and Uresti, Tomas.

Representative Springer moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 2504 without amendments, was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Springer moved that HB 2504, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
