Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 21, 2017, and permission granted on March 23, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:50 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Springer; Biedermann; Hunter; Neave; Roberts; Stickland; Thierry; and Uresti, Tomas.
