Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 12, 2017, and permission granted on April 12, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:15 a.m.

Representative Giddings moved to adopt the proposed rule for floor consideration on HB 21.

 

Pursuant to House Rule 3, Section 4(2) and House Rule 6, Section 16(f), the House Committee on Calendars proposes the following rule governing floor consideration of House Bill 21:

 

“Section 1. All original amendments that will be offered during second reading consideration of the bill must be filed with the chief clerk by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2017.”
