Pursuant to a notice posted on March 28, 2018, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 9:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Longoria; Ashby; Cosper; Giddings; Gonzales, Larry; González, Mary; Howard; Koop; Miller; Perez; Phelan; Raney; Roberts; Rodriguez, Justin; VanDeaver; and Walle.

The committee heard testimony on Interim Charge 1 regarding Hurricane Harvey Recovery. (See attached witness list.)

The committee heard testimony on Interim Charge 16 regarding Waste Management Account 0549 and Solid Waste Disposal Account 5000. (See attached witness list.)

 

The committee heard testimony on Interim Charge 17 regarding Agency Cost-recovery Model. (See attached witness list.)
