Pursuant to a notice posted on June 7, 2018, revised on June 20, 2018, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 8:34 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Bonnen, Greg; and Roberts.

 

 

Chair Zerwas and Representative Giddings were also in attendance.

 

The Article II Subcommittee met in a joint hearing with the General Investigating and Ethics Committee to consider Interim Charge 18 regarding Oversight of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s management of Medicaid managed care contracts.
