No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Labor Code relating to suspending the statute of limitations in the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act during a lawsuit. Based on information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission and the Office of Court Administration, this analysis assumes the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
