WHEREAS, Seagoville also boasts a variety of outdoor |
recreational opportunities at its numerous parks, tennis |

Education Center; and |
WHEREAS, Each October, the community celebrates the migration |
of the beautiful monarch butterfly during Seagofest, an event for |
the entire family that provides a welcome opportunity for |
residents to pay tribute to their shared history and culture; and |
WHEREAS, The city of Seagoville embodies the best aspects |
of both rural and urban life, and its citizens may indeed take |
great pride in their achievements as they work to build an even |
brighter future; now, therefore, be it |
