R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Kylie Calabrese has ably served her fellow Texans as
  legislative director in the office of State Representative Chris
  Turner during the 85th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Calabrese's positive attitude, foresight,
  resourcefulness, and initiative have earned the appreciation of her
  colleagues, and her contributions to carrying forth Representative
  Turner's legislative agenda have helped address issues facing
  citizens across the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Calabrese earned her bachelor's degree in
  history from the University of South Carolina, and she is currently
  pursuing a master's degree in public affairs from The University of
  Texas at Austin; she first joined the office of Representative
  Turner as a legislative intern in the summer of 2016, having
  previously gained valuable work experience as a policy intern for
  the American Heart Association and as a legal intern for the
  Richland County Public Defender's Office in South Carolina; and
         WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her
  duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and she
  is indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Kylie Calabrese for her service as
  legislative director in the office of State Representative Chris
  Turner and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success
  in all her endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Calabrese as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
