H.R. No. 2279

	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Jeffrey Chatman has ably served his fellow Texans as
	legislative director in the office of State Representative Rodney
	Anderson during the 85th Legislative Session; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Chatman's resourcefulness and initiative have
	earned the appreciation of his colleagues, and his contributions to
	carrying forth Representative Anderson's legislative agenda have
	helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State;
	and
	WHEREAS, The son of David and Jerri Chatman, Mr. Chatman is a
	graduate of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian
	University, where he received a bachelor's degree in
	entrepreneurial management in 2014; his previous political
	experience includes serving as a field associate with Texans for
	Greg Abbott and as the campaign manager of Texans for Rodney
	Anderson; and
	WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his
	duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and he is
	indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
	therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
	Legislature hereby commend Jeffrey Chatman for his service as
	legislative director in the office of State Representative Rodney
	Anderson and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued
	success in all his endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. Chatman as an expression of high regard by the
	Texas House of Representatives.
