CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 4102 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house be instructed to make the following |
|
|
corrections in the section of the bill added by Senate Floor |
|
|
Amendment No. 1 by West: |
|
|
(1) On page 1, line 5 of the amendment, strike "502.414" and |
|
|
substitute "502.415". |
|
|
(2) On page 1, line 6 of the amendment, strike "502.414" and |
|
|
substitute "502.415". |
