Amend SB 5 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 23, strike "or" and substitute "[or]".
(2) On page 5, line 27, between "presentation" and the period, insert the following:
; or
(6) an official Native American tribal document that:
(A) contains the person's photograph; and
(B) is issued by a tribe that is federally recognized and located in this state
