Amend SB 5 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 23, strike "or" and substitute "[or]".
(2) On page 5, line 27, between "presentation" and the period, insert the following:
; or
(6) an identification card that:
(A) contains the person's photograph;
(B) contains the person's birth month and birth year; and
(C) is issued by a federal, state, or local government that uses a verification process that is approved by the secretary of state to identify a person before issuing the identification card
