Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing) on page 6, between lines 20 and 21, by inserting the following appropriately numbered section and renumbering sections and references to those sections accordingly:
Sec. 752.___. WITHHOLDING OF CERTAIN STATE GRANT FUNDS PROHIBITED. State grant funds for a local entity or campus police department that violates Section 752.053 may not be withheld if those funds are related to the provision of mental health care services.
