Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing) on page 5, between lines 22 and 23, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection and relettering subsequent subsections and references to those subsections accordingly:
(____) If the attorney general files a petition for a writ of mandamus or applies for other equitable relief under Subsection (b), the local entity or campus police department against which the attorney general filed the petition may contest the allegations in the petition.
