Amend CSSB 4 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) This subchapter does not apply to a commissioned peace officer who is employed by a law enforcement agency of an institution of higher education and enrolled at that institution.
(2) Reletter subsections of the section accordingly.
