____. Teacher Retirement System Health Benefits Plan Study. From funds appropriated above, the Teacher Retirement System is directed to conduct a study on the cost effectiveness of implementing a group plan exchange for non-Medicare eligible retirees and a Health Reimbursement Account plan for non-Medicare eligible retirees and Medicare eligible retirees. TRS can contract with entities as necessary with experience and expertise in providing this analysis through a competitively bid process. TRS shall report their findings to the Legislative Budget Board by March 1, 2018.
