Amend CSHB 3859 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 2, lines 15-16, strike "identified as part of the foster care redesign under Section 264.126, Family Code".
(2) On page 4, line 1, between "state" and the underlined period, insert "providing services identified under Section 264.126, Family Code".
