Amend CSHB 1774 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 3, line 19, strike "Subsection (b)" and replace with "Subsections (b) and (c)".
(2) On page 4, line 10, add the following Subsection:
"(c) This chapter does not apply to a claim that arises from damage to or loss of covered property caused, wholly or partly, by forces of nature in an area designated by executive order or proclamation under Section 418.014, Government Code."
