Amend CSHB 1774 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 3, line 19, strike "Subsection (b)" and replace with "Subsections (b) and (c)".
(2) On page 4, line 10, add the following Subsection:
"(c) This chapter does not apply to the recovery of policy benefits for lost business income, continuing operation expense, or payroll continuation."
