SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 133
         WHEREAS, Charles Louis Bose of Troop 471 in Tomball is
  being honored by the Boy Scout program for attaining the rank of
  Eagle Scout, a rank achieved by only a small percentage of boys in
  the program; and
 
         WHEREAS, This fine young man displayed outstanding
  leadership through the planning and execution of a service
  project that has benefited his community; he designed and built a
  flag retirement drop-off box for Saint Anne's Catholic Church in
  Tomball; and
 
         WHEREAS, Charles advanced through the ranks of Tenderfoot,
  Second, First, Star, and Life classes before reaching the rank of
  Eagle Scout by following the principles of the Scout oath and
  promise; and
 
         WHEREAS, By becoming an Eagle Scout, this personable young
  man has brought great distinction to himself, his family, his
  troop, his community, and his state; and
 
         WHEREAS, Charles is an exceptional representative of the
  State of Texas and a sterling example to all who have the good
  fortune to know him; now, therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
  Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend Charles Louis
  Bose on earning the rank of Eagle Scout and congratulate him on
  his great achievement; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  Eagle Scout Bose as an expression of high regard from the
  Texas Senate.
