R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The devoted family and friends of Isaac Benjamin
  Baker of Waxahachie will forever cherish their memories of this
  precious little boy, who passed away on June 22, 2017, at the age of
  three; and
         WHEREAS, Born on April 2, 2014, in Mansfield, Isaac was the
  son of Jonathan and Jessica Baker and the younger brother of Dawson
  Baker; he enjoyed attending classes at First Christian Day School,
  where he was never far from his mother and his grandmother, Kim
  McMillian, who both taught there; he was also a member of the
  congregation of First Christian Church and part of the church
  families of Remedy Church and Waxahachie Bible Church as well; and
         WHEREAS, Blessed with a happy disposition, Isaac had an
  affinity for trains and was thrilled to be able to ride on Thomas
  the Tank Engine in Grapevine for his birthday; his family circle
  also included his grandparents, Jack Stroope Jr. and Pam Farmer
  Stroope, and his great-grandparents, Jackson Stroope Sr. and Helen
  Stroope, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom
  treasured him deeply; and
         WHEREAS, Although his days were far too few, Isaac Baker was a
  ray of light in the lives of all those who held him dear, and the
  memory of this beloved child will forever endure in their hearts;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
  Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of
  Isaac Benjamin Baker and extend deepest condolences to his loved
  ones; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Isaac
  Baker.
