The Senate Committee on State Affairs will meet to take up and consider the following interim charges:

·                Monitor requirements for guardianships.

·                Monitor the establishment of a public integrity unit under the authority of Texas Rangers.

·                Examine the practice of using public funds and employees for the payment processing of union dues. Make recommendations on whether Texas should end this practice.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 15 copies to the Committee Clerk.
