Relating to the required wage for jobs created for the purpose of eligibility for a limitation on appraised value of property for ad valorem tax purposes under the Texas Economic Development Act.

HB 1261       King, Susan            
Relating to the comptroller's report on the effect of certain tax provisions.

HB 1463       Raymond                
Relating to the procedure for canceling an exemption from ad valorem taxation of the residence homestead of an individual who is 65 years of age or older.

HB 1987       Springer
Relating to the eligibility of property for a limitation on appraised value for school district maintenance and operations ad valorem tax purposes under the Texas Economic Development Act.

HB 2177       Huberty
Relating to the power of certain commissioners courts to authorize ad valorem tax sales of real property to be conducted by means of online auctions.

HJR 75        Bonnen, Dennis
Proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing the legislature to provide for an exemption from ad valorem taxation of all or part of the market value of the residence homestead of the surviving spouse of a 100 percent or totally disabled veteran who died before the law authorizing a residence homestead exemption for such a veteran took effect.

Relating to the exemption from ad valorem taxation of the total appraised value of the residence homestead of the surviving spouse of a 100 percent or totally disabled veteran.
